When dogs ate all your food from a plate :)
We at Guru Muscle love dogs! Especially when they hang out around and looking for some bits of your food. When you see those small eyes what can you do? They beg for food all the time. 24/7. We've had a nice breakfast on Sunday chill out with those little dogs and obviously they have been invited for our breakfast :)
We shared our plate with them because it was simply too much for us and those plates were all "cheat meal" and we couldn't have it so often. We felt so bad we ate all this fried food so we went for a run with those little puppies with a hope we burned at least 1000 cal.
WE WERE COMPLETELY WRONG!
Guess, why?
To burn that many calories you have to do a workout for at least 1 hour in full intensive period which means a short time break or the best way without a break.
So what we've had on breakfast?
- scrambled eggs (not bad)
- pork sausage ( bad)
- fried bacon (so bad)
- 2x toast (50/50)
- beans (50/50)
- 1x tomato (good)
- mushrooms (good)
- hash brown (bad)
- coffee and chai latte (50/50)
Conclusion:
Don't eat too much unhealthy food and just give it to your dogs. They love it. I remember when I was a kid we had 2 dogs and they didn't pay attention to you until you offer to them some piece of bacon :) Because If you will keep eating all those junk funk it's much harder to lose some weights later on. Remember the Pareto principle (also known as the 80/20 rule, the law of the vital few, or the principle of factor sparsity) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.
