The FKNLIFT gym shorts are modeled on the old school shorts that Arnold & the OG's of bodybuilding wore back in the classic days of Venice Golds & Pumping Iron.

- For best results, wash in cold or warm water only. Light colours with lights, dark colours with other dark's. These black shorts should be washed with your dark clothes.
- To remove stains from your gym apparel, add two tablespoons of vinegar to one cup water and apply directly to the stains. Rub gently, let sit for 30 minutes and wash.
- To avoid getting any fluff or pilling on your shorts, try washing them in a laundry bag.
- If your gym shorts are wrinkled, never iron them. Use a clothing steamer, or even a hair dryer can help get the creases out.
- To get deodorant stains out of pretty much any material, rub the fabric together. It even works on black clothing!

Shipping within Australia is done via AUS Post, Sendle or others and is $9.99 AUD - $29,99 AUD depend on the city unless your order is over $199,99 AUD then you will receive express shipping for free - Australia wide. All orders placed before 2 pm SA time are dispatched the same day, otherwise, orders placed after 2 pm SA time will be dispatched next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
All Australian orders shipped to metro areas will be delivered by close of business the next business day after dispatch. Australian orders shipped to rural areas will be delivered within 2-3 business days of dispatch.

International Shipping is done via DHL, TOLL, Sendle, Fastway International or others and is $34,99 AUD - $79,9 AUD depend on the country and city unless your order is over $299,99 AUD then you will receive shipping for free.
All orders are shipped within 48 business hours of Guru Muscle receiving payment. We offer regular shipping, which does not come with tracking, and express shipping, which does come with tracking. For all orders shipped with tracking, a separate email containing tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse (usually within 72 business hours of Guru Muscle receiving the payment). Postage and handling costs are non-refundable on returned items. In some instances, international deliveries may be held up by customs for reasons outside our control, so please be aware of this when making your purchase.
International express shipping comes with tracking and usually takes 3-14 business days (not including weekends and public holidays). International regular shipping usually takes 7-30 business days (not including weekends and public holidays) and does not come with tracking and as such we cannot accept liability for any items lost in transit.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
All orders are shipped from Australia, therefore all international customers (outside of Australia) may be required to pay the applicable duty, sales tax and customs charges upon collection of your order (which is a separate amount to your Guru Muscle order). The only charges we collect are those stated on your Guru Muscle order invoice. RETURN SHIPPING
Please be advised that all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer. We are not responsible for return packages should they not reach us, so please retain your proof of postage.
