How do I return?- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- For Australian shipped orders, the goods must be returned within 14 business days of receipt of the order, and 20 business days for international orders
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
- Items purchased in any promotion or sale
- Gifts
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 5 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
- Exchange
- Gift card
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love our Guru Muscle products as much as we love them! If you are not happy with any of your Guru Muscle items please let us know.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
At Guru Muscle, we are happy to accept a return for your online purchase should you not be entirely satisfied with your goods. Guru Muscle must be notified of your wish to return goods within 5 days of your delivery date. For Australian shipped orders, the goods must be returned within 14 business days of receipt of the order, and 20 business days for international orders. All prices for items on sale are only valid during the sale period and as such Guru Muscle do not credit or refund a price difference for items purchased outside of that sale period. Items purchased on sale/special are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. We do not process exchanges here but can provide either a store credit or refund for the item/s returned.
Guru Muscle does not take responsibility for any customs fees when sending an order to the buyer. Also, Guru Muscle does not allow a refund for the goods you have paid because:
- during the Sale or any other promotion at the time when the goods were sold
- if the goods were sold as a gift
- due to a customs fee paid by a customer
Please note: all returned items must be in original unworn condition with tags attached. For all returns of our shoes, sholes of the shoes must be returned clean, if they are returned dirty or marked, your return will be rejected and sent back. Please ensure the laces are loosened and not left tightened to avoid damage to the exterior of the shoe which will result in rejection of your return. Please also do not use the shoe box to affix return details, sticky tape to etc. Please either wrap or package the box neatly. You will be required to cover postage costs as this is not something Guru Muscle cover.
To return goods to Guru Muscle please first send an email to support@gurumuscle.com with the subject field ‘Returns and Exchanges’ and include the following information in the body of the email and a Guru Muscle team member will respond as soon as possible with further instructions:
- Order number (located in the email confirmation you received when the order was placed).
- The email address associated with the order.
- Name and contact email address.
- Please specify the item/s you'd like to return and if you would like to request a refund or store credit.
- all possible photos of purchased good.

Postage and handling costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by Guru Muscle (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned as a result, then postage costs will not be covered by Guru Muscle if you request to have your order resent. Guru Muscle is not responsible for return packages should they not reach us, so please retain your proof of postage. Postage and handling costs are non-refundable on returned items.
Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 business days of being received, so once your return has been processed you will be sent an email confirmation.

WARRANTY
All Guru Muscle products have a warranty period of 3 months from the date of purchase. We will replace all items with a manufacturing defect, but as a general rule, any orders outside the 3 month period (from date of purchase) will not be covered under warranty and we do request clear pictures in order to assist further.

FAULTY GARMENTS
Guru Muscle prides itself on our superior quality products. If you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at support@gurumuscle.com as soon as possible. Our quality control team will assess the garment, and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly organize a repair, replacement or refund, at our discretion. Personal wear and tear are not considered a manufacturing fault, and generally, manufacturing faults will be apparent within the first couple of wears. We will happily provide a means of return postage for faulty purchases.
